On Travinus home page, you can select the number of adults, children, and infant passengers using the traveler drop-down menu.

Do prices include Taxes and Fees?

All flight prices displayed by Travinus include applicable taxes and mandatory fees. Optional services—such as checked baggage, seat selection, pet travel, or other airline-specific add-ons—are not included in the base fare. These additional services must be arranged directly with the airline and may incur separate charges.

How can I contact Travinus?

If you need assistance, we are happy to help. You can either email the Travel Consultant on your Quote or you can call us at (833) 307-3469, our Reservations department, and ask for the Consultant handling your booking. Please have your Quote reference number ready.

Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. Outside of these hours, we have staff processing bookings who are available via email.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will only be charged if the booking has been confirmed exactly as quoted. If we are unable to confirm your booking as quoted, you will not be charged.

What is Travinus's refund policy?

Travinus is an online travel agency. Bookings that are labeled “non-refundable” (you cannot cancel a non-refundable Booking, and won’t receive a refund if you cancel it).

If you cancel a Refundable Travel Ticket that you’ve paid for (in part or in full) with Credit card, the Airlines’ cancellation policy will determine whether or not your money is refunded. Our Customer Service team will be able to refund any Rewards that you may be entitled to.
